Free shipping

EVO offers free shipping on all orders to destinations available at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Preparation normally takes 1–3 business days, or up to 7 during busy periods and holidays. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 6–12 business days in the United States and internationally. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs, weather and carrier disruptions can extend transit times.

Check your address

Please enter complete shipping details. Email evo-men.help@proton.me within 24 hours if anything is wrong. We will try to correct it before dispatch. If an address is flagged, we aim to contact you within 3 business days. An unresolved address issue may lead to cancellation. Refunds or reshipments for parcels made undeliverable by customer address errors are not covered by our voluntary policy.

Delivery support

For a late, lost or stolen parcel, email us with your order number. We can help with a carrier claim and may offer a one-time replacement at our discretion.

Shipment delays and statutory rights

If we cannot dispatch within the promised time, we will notify you, explain the revised timetable and offer the cancellation and refund options required by law. Nothing here transfers risks to you where applicable law places them on us or limits mandatory remedies for non-delivery. Any applicable import charges are disclosed at checkout or assessed by the relevant authorities.
